Community Information

Steiner Ranch is comprised of approximately 4,600 acres between FM 2222 and Mansfield Dam on RM 620. We are conveniently located to 3M, Vista Chemical, Dell Computers, IBM, State Farm Insurance, Lakeline Mall, National Instruments and about 25 minutes from downtown Austin. Amenities include three community centers each having swimming pools, changing, shower and restroom facilities, lighted tennis courts, picnic and playground areas, basketball court and volleyball area. We also have a Lake Club on Lake Austin which includes day use boat docks, lighted pavilion, barbeque pits and playground. Miles of scenic nature trails for hiking and biking surround the Steiner Ranch community.

Homeowner Associations

Steiner Ranch consists of two independent homeowner associations.

The Steiner Ranch Residential Owners Association (SRROA) is comprised of residents living in Eastridge Summit, Eastridge Valley, Hancock Hill, Mesa North, Plateau, Rocky Ridge, and The Chaparral. The SRROA is nearly fully developed with approximately 650 homes.

The Steiner Ranch Master Association (SRMA) is comprised of homeowners residing in Sierra Vista, Savannah Point, Savannah, Las Brisas, Rio Mesa, Towne Hollow, River Heights Overlook, River Heights Grove, Shire Ridge, Parkside, Majestic Oaks, Estates at Westridge, Hills at Westridge, The Headlands, Canyon Glen, UT Community, Lakewood Hills, Summer Vista, The Bluffs, Bellagio Estates, Santaluz, Tierra Grande, Montery, Belcara, Palisades, AzureShoresand Mediterra.

Both associations have a common on-site community staff.
