We are pleased to annouce the installation of a new controlled-access entry system for ALL facilities that currently require a key.  The new system will enable the Association to eliminate maintenance issues with old locks and keys while better securing and protecting the Association facilities. 

All three community centers, John Simpson, Towne Square and Bella Mar (opening Spring 2007), as well as the Lake Club and the newly-installed restrooms at Westridge Park will be on the new system.

All residents who want access to these areas, will need to fill out the Facility Use Agreement and come to the Association office to pick up the new "facility tag".

If you are a tenant, you will need to have the homeowner fill out the Facility Use Agreement and a Tenant/Occupant Registration form along with a $50 Tenant/Occupant fee which is required before a facility tag can be issued.

The Association normal business hours are Mon - Thur 1:00pm - 5:00pm and Fri. 10:00am - 5:00pm.

We will be opening on the following Saturdays from 9:00am - 12 noon to help those who are not able to come by during normal business hours:

• March 17th
• March 24th
• March 31st
• April 14th
• April 28th

We ask that you be patient during this transition period, with over 2500 homes in Steiner Ranch, there may be some long lines for the tags, but we will issue them as quickly as possible.
